Hubify Product Custom Options allows customers to submit additional details with the products and merchants to create multiple options for products within the app admin. Customers can use the custom product options while adding the product to the cart and placing an order. The order will be placed with the selected options on the detail page.

It is relatively easy to use. Was able to get it set up quickly. However, Checkboxes weren't transferring to the cart at all, and to my horror, NONE of the fields were captured in the order. So my customer spent time personalizing her product only to find that I had none of the information she input! Had to scramble and find another app to use. Also allowed customer to add to cart without filling in anything, even though I had selected required.
