It is relatively easy to use. Was able to get it set up quickly. However, Checkboxes weren't transferring to the cart at all, and to my horror, NONE of the fields were captured in the order. So my customer spent time personalizing her product only to find that I had none of the information she input! Had to scramble and find another app to use. Also allowed customer to add to cart without filling in anything, even though I had selected required.

Easy to use and works relatively good. Had issues with one product, reached support and it took them almost a week to reply. I didn't have the time to wait for their help so I installed a different App, I couldn't risk having problems in the future and having to wait that long to get them fixed.
