I really like this app! There are many similar apps out there and you pay a lot for them. This is free! Not sure how long it will remain free and maintained, but looks cool it has many brilliant features. Customer support is amazing, they are quick and they always come back with an answer in minutes. Tip: it has some looping/redirecting issue when you try to open the app, press the "escape" button couple of times and that will solve this issue. (I am using mac) Only reason I gave 4 star other way it would be 5!

Really great app, could not beleive it was free and very well working. Customer service was on point, very helpfull and competent! We had a couple issues with programing discounts and they found solutions to all our problems, I would highly recommend this app if you'd like to upsell with suggested products and discounts.

Clunky and had an issue that they couldn't reproduce. Moving on to another app. Maybe that one will work better.

Great customer support, I've had a few questions regarding the product and found their online support to be prompt and helpful. One feature I would like to see, is having multiple upsells that work in conjunction with my Quantity Breaks app.

We like this app. We do wish there was an "on/off" feature. As it stands every time we want to pause the offer, we have to go in and change the date. Otherwise it's pretty easy to use.

We've used this app for a long time. It does the job well and we have had lots of extra sales from it. It's not the best visually but we had a look at some other ones recently and this one seemed to fit our needs better than the others. Also support is FAB!!!

Love 8Upsell! This has paid for its self with at least a 1200% return on investment. A couple of times i have had issues, but a support ticket raised has been dealt with super quick and extremely helpfully! Update: After using this app for about 8m now, we have a Conversion rate of 12% of orders with upsell. Thats 1300 baskets with extra £££! LOVE IT

This is the way all apps should be for Shopify. EASY. With quick customer service. Not that we needed customer service. Initially, I couldn't figure out how to install it - only to realize that it was SO EASY that I didn't have to do anything. It was already installed and good to go. Interface is intuitive and a new offer takes moments to create. We've had this working for about 10 days - took us a little tweaking to figure out the best offers, but we've now upsold nearly $200 in the last week. Considering the price of the app, I'd say that it's a GREAT value! And I just have to say again - Customer Service. It matters so much to us. BOLD has nice apps, but no customer service to speak of. I emailed support for Upsell and had a friendly email reply within a couple of hours. Much appreciated.

I experienced trouble installing the app, however the SpurIT Team were quick to respond and assisted in resolving the problem. Now the app is working on our Justforfishing.com web store and our customers are enjoying our special offer. I recommend this app for any web store, it is a great addition. Kudos to the SpurIT Team and their excellent 8upsell app. Trudy
