This is the way all apps should be for Shopify. EASY. With quick customer service. Not that we needed customer service. Initially, I couldn't figure out how to install it - only to realize that it was SO EASY that I didn't have to do anything. It was already installed and good to go. Interface is intuitive and a new offer takes moments to create. We've had this working for about 10 days - took us a little tweaking to figure out the best offers, but we've now upsold nearly $200 in the last week. Considering the price of the app, I'd say that it's a GREAT value! And I just have to say again - Customer Service. It matters so much to us. BOLD has nice apps, but no customer service to speak of. I emailed support for Upsell and had a friendly email reply within a couple of hours. Much appreciated.

I experienced trouble installing the app, however the SpurIT Team were quick to respond and assisted in resolving the problem. Now the app is working on our Justforfishing.com web store and our customers are enjoying our special offer. I recommend this app for any web store, it is a great addition. Kudos to the SpurIT Team and their excellent 8upsell app. Trudy

We have been using Upsell since we opened in 2014 and we've recently had an issue due to an update on the theme by Shopify. We contacted customer service and they solved the problem immediately. Communication was amazing. We installed Unlimited Upsell shortly after we opened our online boutique on March 2014. The app was easy to install and works great with our shopify theme. The instructions to create an upsell were user friendly. Overall a well designed app that does exactly what it is for. I will continue using it and I recommend to anybody that needs an Upsell app.

I can't believe this app is free. It will allow you to display custom checkout offers to anyone based on the products they select. You can get very granular in this, which is great. I had some trouble installing the app, due to the theme I have, but the support team resolved the issue for me in no time. If you don't use this app, you are missing out.

Excellent app and AMAZING customer service and technical support! Philip when above and beyond to not only help me make the appearance of the pop up look perfect for my shop but also diagnosed an HUGE issue I was having with my shop that didn't have a thing to do with their app! He was a lifesaver and the app is up and running perfectly. So easy to set up quick upsell products attached to any item in your shop. Great app! It has really helped us out while on our budget. The service is great as well. I received responses to all of my emails practically hours later and I felt they were really listening to me and willing to help me in anyway possible. Upsell is great! The installation was a piece of cake. It's almost too good to be true! I was expecting to pay a pretty penny for this great feature! The support is phenomenal as well.

Very well done app-still having a play around. I like the fact you can customize the window to match your site style plus choose how much customer neeeds to spend and on what product before getting the offers.
