This is the best payment app and we are using this from last 3 years and never faced any issue. Support team is also very efficient. highly recommended.

BEWARE!! They CHARGE WITHOUT USAGE TOO. They charged me for 1.5 year; monthly 39$ where as I had stopped the app and also the shopify account (no orders) for throughout this period. Not even refunding the amount even while shopify support team themselves have written that the application owners will refund as there is no usage.

Download the app and now suscribed with normal plan and no price is being fulfilled and it is not active. Send message on support no reply. Can anyone assist on it ?

Perfect support - very friendly, recommended. They helped in integration- fast response. The app itself works great, a bit expensive though.

App is Nice. Too good to connect with local Bank gateways. Issue is Pakistani local banks are not upgraded enough to support USD & PKR both as Payment which creates glitches ! Hope they will soon come up with solution to work on it either by developer side or bank side.

As always, super fast support and coordination from Mr. Sikandar Zubair. Alchemative has done some good deeds that they got this guy in return. Professional approach with quick feedback. Totally worth it. Due to his to the point support for query few month back, I got back to alchemative again. If you want to get your query solve quickly then ask for Mr. Sikandar Zubair. Rocommended for everyone
