In your review, you've mentioned that the app was not working well for your store. The app is working by detecting the add to cart button of the store and then adds the visitors label above or below it. Sometimes certain themes may require a minor adjustment in order to perfectly work with the app and allow it to properly position the visitors counter at the right location.
