No customer service whatsoever! No answer to emails How can this be in 2025???

Shows exactly the information we have been looking for, but unfortunately often fails to load or errors out when trying to load more information, like switching from 5 results per page to 10, or even just going to the next page.

I was searching for a reasonably priced app that allows me to monitor customer activity, and I came across this application. :)
