We integrated this app into a complex custom stack. Instead of protecting our intellectual property, the Cloudlift team used our store as a template to set up a competitor, copying our specific implementation and settings. When confronted, the owner admitted that our "full configurations" were copied by their team. He promised to ensure the competitor removed our proprietary setup. It has been over two months, and they have ghosted us on this issue while the competitor continues to use our setup. Do not invest time architecting a solution with this developer. They do not respect proprietary configuration or intellectual property.

Charges are handled 100% by Shopify, it is IMPOSSIBLE for app developers to charge for anything not previously agreed upon by the merchant. To Marcos; we already replied to your email, the charges where from two SEPARATE months, sometimes Shopify combines the charges from two months into one (based on your payment cycle). FULL REFUND has been issued! Please update your review.
