doesnt work well
Hello, I'm so sorry for the problems you've seen today -- the upload network which powers us, Uploadcare, had some serious network problems which are now resolved. I'm speeding up my work on deploying a second upload network which will once again make us the most reliable upload system anywhere. I know we need to work hard to regain your trust, and I won't stop until we're there. Again, I'm sorry.

I’ve had a great experience with UploadKit: they’re fast, helpful, and have resolved every request I’ve had in no time. Excellent customer support and a reliable app, highly recommended!

I have been an UploadKit user for close to 3 years now. This was a great app for a while, support was top notch, and I had never considered an alternative, but as other reviewers have noted, they are now completely asleep at the wheel when it comes support. This has cost us time, sales, and unnecessary aggravation. Initially when we had an issue - which is extremely common with this app - they were addressed pretty quickly but I am now having to wait days and even weeks for even so much as a response. Toby the "lead developer" is never available and my shop has experienced a litany off issues that remain unresolved. Every product my shop sells is customizable and file uploads are a pretty critical part of that. I have to send daily emails and almost always open have to open multiple support tickets to even get an acknowledgement that someone is seeing my requests. In most cases, my messages are just simply ignored. The interface is slick, but if you are looking for a solution to help you manage file uploads, do not end up in a situation where you are dependent on UploadKit.
