It works well almost all the time, but when it doesn’t, the technical support and response times are bad — it takes them two weeks to give me a solution.
Thank you Alice for helping a novice coder figure out how to change popup colors. Your company is always there to help with my little issues. Your respond answered my questions fast and allowed me to figure out coding that I could not have done without your help. Best upload app on Shopify!
Probably the best app for what it is, been using it for a few years now, never had problems, support is top notch. Can't recommend it enough!

doesnt work well
Hello, I'm so sorry for the problems you've seen today -- the upload network which powers us, Uploadcare, had some serious network problems which are now resolved. I'm speeding up my work on deploying a second upload network which will once again make us the most reliable upload system anywhere. I know we need to work hard to regain your trust, and I won't stop until we're there. Again, I'm sorry.
