Unresolved production errors and no follow-up UploadKit’s legacy loader conflicts with its own Theme App Extension, causing reproducible JavaScript errors across our product pages. Support acknowledged and escalated the issue, but then stopped responding despite repeated follow-ups. I’ll update this review if they provide a proper fix.
It works well almost all the time, but when it doesn’t, the technical support and response times are bad — it takes them two weeks to give me a solution.

Probably the best app for what it is, been using it for a few years now, never had problems, support is top notch. Can't recommend it enough!
