We are incredibly impressed with the quality of service and support we have received from Spently. Branding is extremely important to our shop and the new templates we have implemented with Spently have taken our customer experience to the next level. Prior to Spently, our abandoned cart recover was approximately 4%. Within two weeks of using Spently, our rates have increased to 8.7%, above Shopify's average. *** UPDATE ** - Over 9.5% of our Cart Recovery emails are being completed now!!! Amazing. FURTHER UPDATE - As of this morning 21% of our recovery emails are successful. Game changing. Thank you. We look forward to finding new ways to work with the automated emails, especially around the major holidays. This app is worth every penny.
