We spend quite a bit on channeling traffic to our store using paid advertising. It was effective, but we still had difficulty maintaining this new audience. Spently allowed us to reach out to these customers with strategic automated follow-ups, along with customized order notifications that provided users with discount codes, and personalized recommendations —all of which have helped us maximize our customer lifetime value. With that said, Spently has generated 35,000$ in ROI for us just this past year, so we couldn’t be happier.
