Very fast, responsive and helpful support. Very open to suggestions and changes that can help me as a seller. I primarily use the application's csv upload function, and here Upro has helped with a number of adjustments so that it fits my needs perfectly. I recommend this app.

We've used the app for few weeks now and it works great. Installation and controlling the settings is really simple. Customer service has been great when we needed some minor customizations. Really great app if your customers need to make bulk orders with csv.

We are still in the startup phase of using this application, but so far it has been a smooth journey. We had a need for our customers to be able to upload large orders and we were looking into a custom solution until we discovered Upro. The setup is very easy and whenever we have questions or customized needs, responses have been very fast, and nice solutions have been made. I feel confident that this application will be of huge benefit for our customers and for us.

We are still in the early phase of using Upro, but their team has been impressive so far. The team has provided everything needed so the set up has been simple. The response time is very quick. The convenience of having all our products on a CSV will save our retailers time from having to browse through the entire site to make an order. I believe we shall see great success with this platform.
