The simple fact is that can you directly integrate live shipping rates from your apps (such as, Eniture, or any freight calculator) into Google Merchant Center.

We'll use it to request additional information from you so the circumstances of the "first click" behavior you reported can be properly investigated. Regarding the Google Merchant Center... It does not adequately handle shipping for anything other than what it refers to as "common carriers" (E.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS). I used to have a big issue with Freight Shipping Quotes calculation for my customers. Many orders were canceled and refunded. Thank's God I found UPS LTL Freight Quotes app for Shopify! I cannot say enough about Eniture's professionalism and sincerity in this division of shipping apps. Paul comes from decades of experience in the shipping industry and IT and it shows in how his creation of a complicated app with his team within my store testifies to their abilities and long-term relationships with us. Our company highly values Paul and Eniture for, although we now have an app that runs proficiently and our communication is less, he and his company remain an integral part of our team. We use this app in conjunction with Eniture Technology’s UPS Small Package Quotes app. It saved us money the minute we installed it. It's extremely easy to set-up and they offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend this app if you want to charge your customers accordingly. Thank you!
