We are facing an issue with the shipping calculator on our website. Currently, the shipping cost does not calculate on the first click—it only works after the second click. This is causing a poor user experience and may lead to users leaving the site before completing their purchase. Please check and ensure that the shipping calculation triggers correctly on the first interaction. It seems like the AJAX call or event is not firing properly on the initial click. Also, make sure that all required fields (such as country/state) are pre-filled or handled correctly so the calculation works instantly. Additionally, we are facing another issue with bulk pallet orders. To get products approved in Google Merchant Center, we have added a flat shipping rate of 0.01. However, this is creating problems for bulk pallet orders, as the shipping setup is not accurate for these cases. Ideally, the shipping cost should either calculate automatically when the ZIP code is entered or work on the first click without delay, and the shipping setup for bulk/pallet orders should be handled properly without using a workaround. Please investigate and fix these issues as soon as possible. Thank you.
I am on trial and app is very complicated, no proper support on chat. Only email and many things not get clear. However guide is there but my experience it is not easy enough to get expected output
The app listing does not offer "chat" as a supported channel for customer support. This should not be a surprise. Immediately after a merchant installs this app, an email is sent to the store owner's email address with instructions on how to contact our support staff. By phone: 404-369-0680 x2, by email: [email protected]. This merchant didn't take advantage of either of these avenues.

I used to have a big issue with Freight Shipping Quotes calculation for my customers. Many orders were canceled and refunded. Thank's God I found UPS LTL Freight Quotes app for Shopify! It was not that easy to set it up for me, but great customer service help me out! I'm very happy and satisfy. I highly recommend this app for people who deal with Freight Shipping
