MISLEADING. It said free for up to 100 orders. 1, we never used it, 2, we did not reach the threshold and still were charged. Pricing is misleading on purpose.

Kindly know that we checked billing together with the Shopify team but couldn't find any charges generated from our app. We would highly appreciate it if you double-check your billing as charges might not be coming from our app. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
