By far the best customer service I have ever received with any product. Our tech person left our company and I was left to pick up the pieces and figure this app out. My tech representative from Upsell Bundle, Alexander, was not only patient but walked me through this easy-to-use app. He gave me the confidence I needed and now I am ready to add more apps to my store from this great company. The app is great. I am seeing around a 50% conversion rate on upsells. The support staff are also fantastic, they are very quick to respond and very fast at fixing the minor issues that I have had.

There was a minor issue with the discount at first, but the support team helped out and fix the issue very quickly. Great service and great app if you are trying to create bundle deals on your store.

This is probebly the best Upsell Bundle app in shopify app store. Support is amazing, i live in Norway, and respons time in the support chat is just about instant at all hours of the day. I needed a few modifications and this was fixed in minutes. App is easy to configure, and to set up. I have a couple of requests: 1. Products with more than one boundle should have option for sorting price high/low low/high this would be great. 2.Option to hide boundles on product accessorie page. When creating boundle with Main product + accessorie 1+ accesorie2 the product boundle will show both on main product page and on acceccorie 1 and acceccorie 2 page. When acceccorie 1 and 2 are used on multippel main products, the list of product boundles get really Long on acceccorie 1 and 2 product page. 3. Mobile:Option to have the «Add boundle to cart» button on top 4. Mobile: Option to have product boundle as a horisontal slide, rather then a long vertical list. When multiple boundles the list to browse down get really long. Anyway thank you for creating app, and for helping me with my small css changes. This is really a no brainer, you need this app in your shop.

Poor app, pathetic service and no customer support at all. I installed the app almost 1.5 years back. A number of times it stopped working. The Biggest Buggy App. If the customer adds a bundle and at the same time adds non-bundled products to cart and then removes the bundled item/s from the cart, the discount will automatically applies to the remaining non-bundled products in the cart.

We are happy with the app. I wish there are more ways to customize the template but overall, it is a good app. would recommend to others.

Poor service from this developer! After a year+ of paying a monthly fee, the app stopped applying discount at checkout. Chatted with support who couldn't help, so they had to escalate and "engineering department" never got back to us.

Our customers really like the app's bundles and the ease to add it to their cart. The bundle's controllable saving really helps us minimize direct discount requests. The bundle's offering on each of the separate items in the bundled help drive sales. Great flexibility, easy setup, and low maintenance. Support is excellent and fast.

App works exactly as I wanted. The support team was great, because they were willing to help me customize it a bit. It got 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to pay $50 to install the app, which I think is a bit much considering I am paying a monthly fee to use this app already.

Very happy with this app! Works much better than others I have tried. The layout looks nice, lots of customization possible and the support is great also. Whats not to like?!
