I used this app on my store and I’m very pleased. The setup was straightforward and worked seamlessly with my theme. It helped me increase average order value by enabling clean, easy add-ons (like gift-wrap, insured shipping, etc.) via simple checkboxes. Customer adoption was higher than I expected, and the upsell process felt smooth and non-intrusive. Support was responsive and helpful when I requested a custom tweak. Flex Upsell is one of the smartest apps we have installed within our store. Not only is it a great way to get other offers and products in front of customers, it allows us to show our customers how much we love them....
