Vugar is super responsive and seems to be available any time. Needed an upsell of the filter with purchase of an air purifier and and it was done perfectly, able to meet my requirements.
We've been using VOL Apps across multiple Shopify stores, and every time we launch another store, we know exactly who to contact. Vugar, the founder, has become our go-to person whenever we need help configuring the app or exploring new features. What makes the experience different is how personal everything feels. He remembers us, understands that we manage multiple stores, and is always ready to jump in and help with the next setup. And here's something I'm genuinely starting to believe: this man does not sleep! No matter when I message him, he's somehow there, replying almost immediately, explaining what needs to be done, and offering to handle the setup himself. I'm honestly not sure whether he runs on coffee, energy drinks, or has secretly cloned himself. This time, we were exploring additional features for another store, and within minutes, he was already explaining the requirements, guiding us through the trial, and requesting access to help with the configuration. The best part is that you never feel like you're dealing with a typical support department. It feels more like messaging a friend who happens to know everything about Shopify fees and genuinely enjoys helping you. We're still getting this latest store configured, but our experience across our other stores is exactly why we keep coming back. If you're looking for a Shopify fee app with responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely personal support, I highly recommend VOL Apps. And Vugar, seriously... please get some sleep. We need you alive for our next store!

Great app for adding product suggestions to the cart and product page. It is easy to customize and does not feel bloated on my pages.

The app is light, comparing to what I used in past, it's not slowing down my cart at all. the set up was easy to manage. Vugar gave a great support during my setup.

Honestly, I've never met more helpful developer, than Vugar in VOL apps. Their team is working day and night to make the app better and better. The app itself is very easy to use and very intuitive. Will definitely keep using it! :)
