Completely strange: when I added a main product and the upsell window appeared, I added an upsell product, but the cart emptied and only kept the upsell product, meaning I lost my main product. In my case, it doesn’t work.

With cross-sell, the additional product selected in the popup will be added to your cart alongside the original item, rather than replacing it.
