I was looking for an app that would let me target the free gift based on a customer tag. 1. I add a free gift via a pop-up in the cart if a customer did NOT have that tag. 2. I add a different gift if they do have that tag, and automatically place it in the cart, with a three second notification that it was added. This was surprisingly hard to do with many apps and make it look good to site visitors. Koala has room to improve in terms of giving me flexibility to do better design, but on balance, I'm loving it so far. It gives me 90% of what I need. Max in customer support was very helpful. I also get the feeling that they take seriously customer requests so I'm optimistic that we'll see some further improvements down the road
