I installed the application, and it's quite easy to use. However, the add-ons take too long to load on the product page (On average, it takes 30 seconds).

Hi Esme & Odrilia, Thanks for your kind feedback regarding SellUp. We had overwhelming traffic for the BFCM which caused a 1-2 periods of slow loading.
