I just installed the app, but was very easy to set up very quickly and get an offer created to upsell.
We appreciate their expert guidance and support in customizing our website beyond the usual scope.
Customer service was quick and effective! My theme was a little weird not allowing some of the app functionality to work correctly and they even fixed my theme for me :) Thank you to the SellUp team!
I had some issues at first because of using a third-party theme but with prompt response was able to get it rolling
Thank you for your review. We checked our support desk but you have not submitted a request. Some 3rd party themes can have difficulty working out the box. We always recommend official themes from the Shopify theme store. A support technician has now reached out to assist you. Kind regards, Chloe
Great app and support. Would like a live chat but my issue was solved rather quickly.
This app is very easy to use and configure. It's nice that you can customize several pieces of not only the look/feel but also the content - you can over-ride the default text to make a strong call to action other than just Product Name. We had a few quirky things in our theme that were not working quite right but Dan had them fixed in no time. Highly recommend!
This app is working well for our needs and the support is timely and useful. We had a slight problem with the app working with our theme, but Dan looked into it and was able diagnose that it was a theme change need. Really intuitive app that will work well in most upsell situations.

Had an issue with the Action Offer and Dan looked into it right away and even reached out to another app developer regarding overriding script. Dan also helped me stylise my On-Page Offer to better match my theme. Thanks a lot! Have just installed the On-Page Offer and hope it will help to upsell my products. The On-Page Offer thumbnail is a little small, and Dan helped to enlarge it slightly.
This app was very easy to install and with the little issue I did have, I received great service from Dan in support. Very quick and helpful!

SellUp is an upsell app which does not impact or interact with Google Merchants accounts. I suggest you reach out to Google to resolve this. Usually Merchant Accounts are suspended due to incomplete feeds, product type or missing contact data. Very effective features and pleased with the results so far. Only thing we wish we could add is a bulk offer option. Otherwise this is a great app once you learn how to leverage the features.

Fast support when a problem occurs (Dan has been very helpful) and overall a useful app (I use cart upsell mainly).
