After testing out and surveying a number of platforms in this space, we onboarded with UpStack based on a strong recommendation. It's been a few a months now and absolutely no regrets. Michael has been a fantastic partner. It's rare that I run into someone in ecomm that has a truly deep technical knowledge of the attribution space given that it's quite the black box. He knows the space forwards and backwards. Very impressed. He's readily available to assist and I've picked his brain many times, quite often on topics hardly related to his platform and he's yet to tell me to get lost. We've seen Event Quality Match scores in meta increase, adding reliable NC purchase, NC CPA and NC ROAS metrics in ad manager is massively helpful as we're very focused on optimizing for NC, Klaviyo abandon flows are picking up significantly more revenue outside of our standard abandon flows (this alone generates a very solid ROI on using UpStack). Overall big thumbs up for building a great platform and strong recommendation to others. With Michael's personal onboarding walk through which made the onboarding super simple and eliminated the chance of misconfiguration, combined with the trial period, there's no reason not to onboard to the platform and give it a try.
