I’ve been using Upstack for about two weeks and the experience has been extremely frustrating. First of all, support is basically non-existent. I’ve contacted Michael multiple times regarding dozens of warnings showing up in Events Manager, and he simply does not respond. When he does reply (rarely), it’s clear he hasn’t read my messages carefully and ignores the screenshots I provide. Second, the tracking quality is seriously flawed. For example, around 55% of my PageView events are sending the same IP address instead of unique IPs per user. This completely breaks data accuracy, attribution, and audience building — which defeats the whole purpose of using a tool like this. On top of that, there are multiple warnings (invalid timestamps, data inconsistencies, etc.) that remain unresolved even after reporting them. And finally, the pricing is absurd for what it delivers. It’s extremely expensive, and honestly, even if it were free, I wouldn’t use it in its current state. Overall: poor product, poor support, and unreliable tracking. Not recommended.
