My life safer - when Shopify clearly has issues but their official status page presents another airing of "everything is awesome", this is my sanity haven. Thank you for at least letting me know it's not something we did, but report on outages and seen isssues, so we merchants don't make more mess by changing onsite stuff in panic!

Great app for keeping track of our shops's downtime / bugs!

Let me start by saying that Corey and the Uptime app have been absolute game-changers for my business at Prime Party. The Uptime app has proven itself to be an invaluable tool for us. There have been countless instances when our sales suddenly dipped, and I'd find myself filled with anxiety, knowing that I'd have to spend an entire day dissecting the website to identify where the funnel was breaking down and then scrambling to seek support to fix it. It was a constant source of stress and disruption to my daily life. It's interesting because my business partner, Paul, once asked if there was an app out there that could monitor our website's performance so we wouldn't have to rely solely on our instincts to diagnose issues. And it got me thinking: what even defines a website working 'properly'? Is 'properly' even good enough? I remember smirking and saying, 'You're looking for a silver bullet, Paul. I highly doubt anything like that exists.' Well, it turns out I was wrong. This app not only exists but has become a lifeline for us. Uptime is that off-site app we were dreaming of, monitoring our pages and website flow with precision. It's liberated us from the constant worry about our site's health and allowed us to channel our energy into growing our business. To make things even better, Corey went the extra mile, taking 30 minutes of his valuable time, 10 of which he introduced us to Uptime and the remaining 20 to delve into the intricacies of my business and understand the challenges we were facing with e-commerce. I wholeheartedly recommend Uptime and the fantastic team behind it. They have delivered on their commitment to have our backs, and I couldn't be more pleased. November 2024 Update: We are still happy customers of Uptime at Bonafide Health! Uptime helps us have peace of mind that our most important customer journeys are working as intended. Our checkout upsells stopped working recently, and Uptime immediately alerted us to make a fix.

This freaking app. What a blessing. I really hate seeing an email from it, but I also love it extremely. Love/hate relationship, I think what they built is phenomenal to help merchants like me be alerted immediately when there's bugs preventing customers specifically from checking out of our store. Knowing it makes it so we can tweak or coms and expectations of sales per day for example. But yeah, every store should get it lol.

Seriously amazing! They worked with us to built the main tests for our store and Corey reaches out proactively even before we notice things ourselves!

This app is a must! Allows our teams to know when there are performance issues, delays, or when a feature or 3rd party app is down. The amazing support team is the cherry on top.

If I could give this app 6 stars I would. A great value for the price it lets us know if there is anything that prevents customers from checking out and when Shopify or Apps that our business relies on have issues.

There was a few times within the last year that Shopify’s checkout was out and our sales per hour went from the thousands to zero. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of the outage until we checked sales that night, but we had already spent the ad dollars. Uptime is super easy to implement and use and having it installed gives me so much peace of mind. We’ve gotten many notifications of potential outages and have been able to check if our store has been affected right away. The ROI of saved marketing dollars is a complete no brainer and would recommend that all merchants install Uptime on their store!

Uptime gives our leadership team the peace of mind needed to ensure the website customer journey is uninterrupted. The Slack notifications of app/Shopify outages are very convenient and the team is very quick to add new software to the monitoring list. The onboarding process was very easy (Uptime team did all of the setup for us) and the team is extremely accessible.

The Shopify Cart API outage had a huge effect on us. Customers were unable to add any products to their cart and we were unaware of the issue. Uptime was able to catch the cart issue and notify our team so that we could look for a resolution right away. While Shopify support insisted that the issue was related to our theme, uptime helped us identify that it was indeed a Shopify error. They gave us the confidence to continue to push Shopify's support team until they came to the same conclusion. Having uptime on our site gives us the peace of mind and confidence needed at all hours of the day.

They went above and beyond helping me with a Shopify issue that Shopify couldn't even help me with. AMAZING!

Uptime is a must have app within your Shopify tech stack if you're serious about ensuring theme and app changes don't break you site, with their automated testing functionality. On-boarding was a breeze, and ongoing support has been great! We've been using Uptime for the past few months - it's extremely easy to setup the automated tests, and the ability to receive alerts as soon as there's an issue with the site, Shopify platform, or 3rd party apps, is invaluable (most of the alerts come through before the app or platform themselves notify us!). We'd pay the money just for the alerts to be honest! I can't recommend this app highly enough.

This app saved us a lot of time on the website testing. Also it checks Shopify status as well as some of our third-party integrations!
