Confusing, pretty awful to be honest there are much better apps out there which I would advise you take a look at

I needed an app that just syncs my orders to google sheets to handle them with additional functionalities. Unfortunately I found no other apps that had the abiliy to sync the order item properties, too. As I asked the support, they added it fast for me. It works great and it is what I needed.
