Simple Integration, clearly outlined steps on the upurr website followed by great customer service who were patient and willing to help with any issues I had. Even any bugs that were spotted were rectified quickly! My products were also smoothly integrated into the marketplace without any issues either. Can't wait to go full steam ahead!

I tried this app to expand the reach of my stores products, But after three weeks of connection, I still cannot use the link from shopify, and cannot see my products up on my upurr storefront. Sadly though after reaching out to the apparent support team, I've received no reply to my problem.

There are certain steps required to ensure that your products pull through into your Upurr account such as making your products available via the Upurr Store Shopify App. We have a video tutorial here that may help you - https://upurr.co.uk/docs/shopify/productavailability.
