I installed this app yesterday and have had so much support since. We have a tricky business model that we have been having difficulty to enable a subscription service for (we tried a few Subscription apps, asked around for help, and scoured the app store for one to suit our needs - to no avail). After asking some initial questions on the Utterbond online support, Paresh invited us to Slack for instant messaging and has been so helpful. He has even handled the back-end of our online store to straighten out issues that we could not solve. We have made personal requests to the software to suit our needs - they have added and removed some features for us instantly, and given us an estimate of a few days to add some new features. I couldn't recommend this app enough. Thank you for all your help

Please note that I have updated my review a few times. The only thing holding back this review from a 5-star status is the lack of a fully functional analytics or reporting dash. I spend a minimum of one hour per day making my own reports, and the comprehensive monthly report takes me about 5 hours. Additionally, there continue to be support issues with regard to certain payment methods; it would be best if the system limited guests to only use payment types that are 100% supported - but it is unclear which those are. Overall, though, a good app and a good support team - they just need to focus on the issues that are holding it back from being perfect. ********************************************************* After vetting many options, this was the only one with the flexibility to handle the complex set of requirements that we have. In addition to one of the most complete out-of-the-box solutions, they are very helpful with custom development if you sign up for the highest priced plan. Customer support has been consistently available, friendly and understanding of the special needs we have for our business. ***One thing that we would make anyone aware of before moving forward is that Apple Pay and Google Pay are not super friendly with subscription programs; this is not specific to this app - it is an issue with how Apple and Google handle the account and payment verifications. If you have Apple and Google pay on your site and use any subscription app at all, you'll find it almost impossible to collect the recurring payments. Our advise is to simply disable Apple Pay and Google Pay if you have subscription products, regardless of which app you select. Additionally, Paypal Express is hit or miss; it isn't the fault of the app, it's due to a limitation with the Paypal permissions and requires the individual users to allow for recurring payments on their end. I mention this, because we were immediately frustrated when we say many recurring payments start to fail - and of course we came to Utterbond to resolve the problem. But in the end, it wasn't their fault. There are many parties involved here and they aren't all on the same page and probably never will be, so keep things simple and don't add too many payment options if you want the highest rate of success on the recurring billings.*** Thank you!

Great support response for helping us set up the app. Simple and intuitive it seems to offer everything we need for our subscriptions and build a box. We already had one subscription come in a few hours after launching it. WOuld recommend as great value.
