I was having trouble using this app for a certain plug-in called Flux. It immediately wasn't compatible, but I just contacted their team, and they got started right away. Within a few days, they fixed the compatibility issues, and it works perfectly!

This is an awesome app. The online support was easy to use and solved my problem and answered all my questions so I was able to respond to my customer in a prompt time frame.

We had a smooth migration experience moving our subscriptions over to Utterbond. The support team was excellent, and Jigs was especially helpful throughout the process. Clear guidance was provided at every step, questions were answered quickly, and the transition from our previous app went seamlessly. Everything now integrates perfectly with Shopify, and we’re very happy with the level of support we received.
