Pretty cool so far. We only use it when Shopify has flagged an order as possible fraud. On their website you simply pick what type of identification you want and it will generate a unique link and send it to the person trying to make a purchase. It also tracks the activity of the link such as if the user clicked on it and so on. It's quite a handy tool to alleviate fraudulent orders.
