Vanix Subscriptions is a Shopify app that helps merchants sell recurring products through their normal checkout while giving customers self-service control over their subscriptions from their Shopify account. It includes a cancellation flow that asks customers why they want to cancel and offers a matching retention fix, plus scheduled retries for declined cards and out-of-stock renewals. Merchants can also make changes on behalf of customers, and all updates are logged on the customer record.
