I’ve been using the StarApps Variant Image app, and it has been a great addition to my store. The app works seamlessly and integrates well with my existing setup. Initial review: 1 star - No documentation for an easy start. Update: I can now confirm the initial lack of documentation for getting started at this stage. While some bugs have occurred, the support service has proven to be very prompt and competent, resolving nearly any issue within a couple of business hours. As of now, I've successfully implemented everything I needed for my store. Based on these experiences, I'm adjusting my rating from 1 to 4 stars. I will provide further updates if my experience changes.

Did not work on our site, customer support was very slow and we had to find an alternative solution as they never got back to us.

This app helps solve a really basic problem, we can now show different descriptions based on what variant is selected. I had a little trouble setting up but Shreya was great at helping me fix the issue.

I needed some adjustments to ensure the product page was streamlined and easier to navigate. The assistance I received from the Starrapp Studio Support team was really helpful. Shreya helped me with all my issues, even when the chat said it wouldn't respond until sunday! I'm so happy this is fixed today so I can continue working on my site. She even changed the color of the tabs to match my website, and showed me screenshots of what she did so I could understand how to do this myself. I'm very satisfied and thankful to Shreya! Yay!

When I solved my problem with the variant images using the Variant Image Automator, another issue appeared: The description wouldn't change by choosing the different variants. So I tried the Variant Description King app. First I had some troubles with setting it up but Shreya was very helpful and explained it to me and configured the app. Now it works great! Everything. Changing the variants will change the images and descriptions thanks to the apps "Variant Image Automator" and "Variant Description King". Thanks a lot Shreya!! 6 Stars!
