I have uninstalled this App months ago and they are still sending me bills. How an App can continue to bill me, at their most expensive plan, for months after I have unsintalled is beyond me. I have tried to contact them, no response so far. I have browsed their app for any indication that I have to unsubscribe prior to uninstalling, and there is none. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVELOPER, THIS IS A SCAM.
Thank you for your review. According to our records in Shopify Partners, your subscription was automatically cancelled after uninstalling our app on September 29th, 2025. We also show that you briefly reinstalled our app on October 6th, 2025, though no subscription plan was activated during that visit. Our app uses Shopify's billing system exclusively, which means billing automatically stops when you uninstall. We have a dedicated section in our app's billing page that explains this process. Since you mentioned uninstalling several months ago, I'd appreciate if you could share any documentation or screenshots showing an earlier uninstall date at [email protected].
