Hervorragender Support – schnell, kompetent und lösungsorientiert Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Support-Team dieser App! Wir hatten ein technisches Problem bei der Integration in unseren Shopify-Shop, das unser Tagesgeschäft stark beeinträchtigt hat. Die Reaktion des Supports kam nicht nur schnell, sondern auch äußerst kompetent. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich, wie zielgerichtet und verständlich die Kommunikation war. Keine Standard-Antworten, sondern echte Hilfe von Menschen, die sich auskennen. Die Lösung war innerhalb kürzester Zeit umgesetzt, und sogar auf individuelle Wünsche wurde eingegangen. So sollte Support sein – vielen Dank für die tolle Zusammenarbeit!

Excellente application et support au top ! L'application fonctionne parfaitement et répond exactement à mes besoins pour afficher des variantes de produits (par couleur) sur ma boutique. Un grand merci à Adarsh du service client, qui a été très réactif, professionnel et m’a aidé à mettre l'application en place rapidement et efficacement. Super service, je recommande à 100 % !

The app does exactly what it says it will do for your store. There are so many options to choose from, making sure that your choice will fit the style of your store. Laxmikant has been amazing today, answering all my questions, as new apps can initially be confusing. Quick and easy response!

I’m genuinely impressed. Neither Shopify support nor my theme’s support team were able to help with my issue but this app’s support team did! Nikhilesh truly went above and beyond, taking the time to truly understand my problem and guiding me through configuring the app and adapting it perfectly to my custom theme. The level of dedication and patience shown is rare to find. Absolutely recommend, not only for the app itself but especially for the awesome support experience!
