We have been using the Variant Robot app to group our color variants across our webshops, and it has been a great solution for us. The app works smoothly and has really improved the way we present our products to customers. The support we received during setup and in our daily use of the app. has been excellent.

We’ve been using this app for several years, and it just works. We barely even think about it because it always runs smoothly. Every time we add new products, we can trust that they are instantly and correctly synchronized through the app.

Setup was quick, the configuration was straightforward, and the app has been rock-solid ever since. On the rare occasion we had a question, support responded within hours with clear, actionable answers.

Works as expected, and when it doesn't, the support is quick to jump into action and fix it or help however they can. Doesn't support selecting multiple variants within one product (size | color | length) but it was still the best option we could find.

We’ve been using the Variant Robot app for a while, and it does a good job of displaying color variants on our collection and product pages. The setup is relatively easy, and the app has helped us streamline how we present different color options to customers. The support team has been responsive when we’ve needed help, which we appreciate. Overall, Variant Robot meets our needs and saves us time compared to manual work. It’s a solid choice if you want to improve how your variants are shown in your shop.

Variant Robot allows us to feature all colour variants on PLP while providing an easy overview on the PDP. This specific setup is optimal for our many different customer journeys. Variant Robot is easy to configure and works like a charm.

Didn't work for me and I have no idea why. No logging function. What documentation there is is well-presented and well-written but the app just seems completely inadequate for the complex task it is meant to solve. No response from their support after a couple of days. Waste of time.

However, we’re sorry to hear the app didn’t work for your setup and that you didn’t get a timely response from us. This isn’t the experience we aim for, and we’ve since improved both our support process and diagnostic tools to better assist in complex cases.

We are very excited about the variant robot app, and highly recommend it. Due to the automation, we are saving hours internally and it provides a better overview onsite, which increases conversion.
