We just started testing this new app. Some far it is very flexible and works with what we need. Some of the products we sell have many colors, so we needed an app that can help with how they are displayed. Also their support responds with in minutes.

Lovely app. Shame about everything else. I'll keep this short and sweet, because that's more than I got from the support experience. My store was completely inactive. No traffic, no usage, no revenue, just a sleeping store with a deactivated app. And yet, two billing cycles went by (€13 + €13 = €26) without anyone noticing or flagging it. That's fine, billing systems aren't perfect. What isn't fine is what happened next. I reached out politely asking for a full refund. What followed was almost a week of waiting, a weekend of silence, and multiple follow-ups where I essentially had to remind the team that my case existed. The resolution? A partial refund. Not full, partial. I want to be fair: the support team was always courteous, and I appreciate that. But courtesy without resolution is just well-mannered disappointment. If your store is active and you love the app, great, genuinely. But if you ever run into a billing issue and need support to go the extra mile? Based on my experience, you might want to pack a lunch, because it's going to take a while. Future merchants deserve to know what the experience looks like in practice, so here it is. ***Update (July 2026): I want to add an update to my original review. After some initial frustration with delayed responses and a refund process that took longer than expected, Utpal (Head of Merchant Success) personally stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and made sure everything was properly resolved. He stayed on top of it, coordinated directly with Shopify's billing team, and didn't stop until the issue was fully fixed. It's clear the team genuinely cares about getting things right for merchants, even when it takes some extra effort behind the scenes. I really appreciate the follow-through and the professionalism shown in the end. Thank you, Utpal and team!
