At this point this is the best app with swatches functionality. I've had some difficulties with setting it up (for example: swatches not showing up at collection page), but with such great and client-oriented support team these difficulties were gone. Interface of the app is user-friendly, but sometimes not completely intuitively understandable. I just needed some time and couple of support tickets sent to the chat to figure it all out. Overall I'm having very good experience with this app

I am so far very content with the SWATCH KING app. Personally, I use the Prestige theme for my store which is already indeed very nice and full of options, however, the swatch option is unfortunately not incorporated other than for color and also it is not shown in collections the way I wished (not with a variant image but just a color circle). Therefore I sought an app to accomplish this. Swatch King is really very user-friendly and most importantly highly functional and visually pleasing. I like the possibility to choose from different shapes and colors for swatches, so as the possibility to customize all of those as per wish. Another thing I appreciate is the transparency in prices. I personally don't find this to be expensive at all, it can only bring conversion in my opinion, given that a store visitor may directly see from the collection all of the options on a specific item, which is definitely an advantage - 5 stars from me so far. :)

Riyona was insanely helpful and sorted my queries. Only thing we couldn't sort - and is not an issue on her but more so the app was I wanted my variants to be able to be seen on the collection page limited at 4 and the rest seen using the arrow feature - seems to not be a feature in the app yet but Riyona found a different solution that is suitable for the time being :)

Amazing app. Wish I installed this when we started with Shopify. In Swatch King you can chose between different ways to show variants. And on top of that: it is so easy to group separate existing products and show them as variants too, with a completely individual set of pictures and a different description. Great. Quite easy to set up, and once you get the jist, it's a pleasure to add products to app. The only thing to be aware of: All variant connections are done within the SwatchKing app. So once you decide to no longer use SwatchKing, you lose your manually connected variants too.

Uptal and the Swatch King team are amazing support for this app. They were quick to assist with issues I thought were not going to be able to be resolved. Every request and or concern was handled fast and additional resources were provided via YouTube how to videos so I can follow steps going forward. Thank you.

To be honest, I'm truly disappointed. I have been using this app for over three months now, and I believe I have gained some level of authority to voice my concerns. I have reached out to them twice to address my issues, but both times have been incredibly frustrating. Their technical support is never available online, despite automated messages promising a response within three hours. However, even after waiting for four sets of three hours, I still haven't received any contact from them. It has been a painful experience, and I am considering switching to a different app. However, due to the significant amount of work involved in such a transition, I have been patiently waiting for their assistance, albeit with a sense of resignation. Therefore, I would once again advise everyone to exercise caution when making their choices, unless you wish to add more workload to themselves in the future.
