When I first purchased the app, the customer service was good and helped me set up my app on to my site. I was pleased with the service, so I went ahead and installed it on my second website; however, after they set up my 2nd website, it's been really hard to get a hold of anyone to assist. I've been waiting for 2 days just for the dashboard to say " be back in 3 hours," so I waited for 3 more hours just for the dashboard to say a few more hours. Super annoyed. Lack of customer service...not sure if this app is worth keeping if I can't reach anyone when needed. Other reviewers are all saying the support is there when needed...not sure what support they are referring to...because it's not there. waiting for 2 days going on 3 is ridiculous.

We have been using Swatch King for several months and love the app. Their team is really responsive and always on top of any issues I may be having. I highly recommend this app for product swatches.

Have used this app for several years, but only because of working on new site for our company did I come across many of the updates that have been made. The new Product Grouping features with tags as well as the multiple Swatch options make this a truly WONDERFUL app. Highly recommend. AND, their customer service is SUPER FAST, SUPER HELPFUL, and SUPER RESPONSIVE.

Good app just not free

Great customer support! Had a problem that I couldn’t solve myself, contacted the helpdesk and they solved it right away and they kept asking if they needed to change anything. Love the support!
