This application is incredible and hard tasks that require programming turns to the soft tasks, just switch on and enjoy all its benefits. I am using for the product group in two of my shops during a few years. Also, the support team is great and responds very quickly. Thank you very much!

When using the app our customers couldn't add the right product in the basket. So the app did not work properly. And they couldn't fix the issue

I've been using this app for my business for two years now and have been very impressed with it. Laxmikant from the team quickly helped resolve a small problem I had today with how the variant display was working on the product page (which I'm 99% certain I probably created myself faffing around in the code without the skills!) and did so within around 20 minutes of me asking - can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend for an easy to use way of displaying multiple values.

I was having some issues following the App as it may seem complicated at first glance, but our Support Tech, Utpal, has been wonderful with all my questions and very patient. 5/5!

Easy to navigate and great support!

Tried multiple apps but this one takes all the customization possible to make the Swatches as unique to the store. Great job team.

There were some setup issues. Although tech support answers in a day, it is not so fast and especially for a live site. I got conflicting answers on how to do things from 2 different people there, which may have caused a conflict in the way that things work. The biggest problem in the end is that the site was displaying 2 sets of pictures for every variant: 1 from Shopify and 1 from Swatch King. The one from Shopify is not functional, so it was suggested to turn that one off which we did. After turning off Shopify's, we realized that our products that don't have variants were no longer showing visitors the alternate images of products stopped showing as well. They knew that this would happen without warning us. So we needed to decide what to do. The funny thing is that Swatch King said "We have another product that can solve that for you". Come on guys....you are making a Swatch for Shopify stores to be functional. All this functionality should be in one place and not upcharge us for each thing that should have been covered in the first place.

Wonderful app. Will save you hundreds and hundreds of hours working on product data.

I really love this app and how many customization options there are. I had to contact the tech support to further customize some things and they were super quick to reply and help. I highly recommend this app.
