Color Swatch King: Variants

Been using Swatch King and other solutions from StartApps for several of our stores for the past years and they are a great help both for presentation the products to sell more goods faster and makes my life more easy is present the correct swatches and colors in more easy way. The group selection feature is also a great option which we use a lost and has increase the basked selling size. Great service as well and highly recommend.

I really appreciate this app because it is intuitive even if you don't understand English. The quality of the support is also very good.

We like what we can do with the app. We have been using it for more than a year. However our experience with the support team has been quite dismal. Sometimes there are little glitches in the app performance, and while it should be obvious to the app developers, one has to try really hard to make them understand. For instance, in our case, the swatches group title was showing (like an orphan) on product page even when all swatches were hidden due to the them being sold out. Why should there be a group title when there are no swatches underneath it? Obvious glitch. We asked them to fix it. They simply disabled all swatches from all product pages!! On other occasions also we faced difficulty receiving simple solutions. We dont have issues with what the app can or cannot do. It is simply an issue of a very amateur support team.

We needed an app that would generate dynamic swatches and Swatch King does that wonderfully. When it came to setup, the support team was incredibly helpful. Thank you!

I installed this app for a long time. It is unstable, so I contacted customer service. They fixed my problem. Very good experience. I will use this app all the time.

It's a great lightweight app. I have all the color variations listed as separate products and the merge them using Swatch King. Not only it is good for the SEO, but also it's so much easier to manage the variations than Shopify's built-in variation support. Customer service is great. I accidentally deleted some part of their code when I was cleaning up another app's remains. I reached out to their customer service around 11:45pm PST. Shreya resolved the issue in minutes. Amazing!

Besides this amazing app I also want to give a huge compliment to the dev and support team. This is what happend: I've a client (Kas20), and they want a similar design like Ikea (the variant and filter system). In my search for apps I found two good candidates "Swatch King - Variants Options by StarApps Studio" and "Smart Product Filter & Search by Globo". There was only one BIG problem, they where not compatible with eachother or the design I made within the existing theme. When I contact both Globo and StarApps studio I never expected that the result would be an perfect working and intergrated solution of both apps, my code and the theme. I really want to give a shout out to Joel Nguyen (from Globo) and Laxmikant Makone (from StarApps Studio) for thinking outside the box and the readyniss you would expect from top-notch companies.
