The support team is so great, they are very helpful and supportive. I've had a problem with the variants showing on my featured product in my homepage, so I contacted them and they helped me with the coding to fix the problem. This is the best app and they have the best support team.

How well I(Nikhilesh) understood your query? PERFECTLY, HE IS THE BEST ONE IN THE WORLD!!! Were you able to get the solution within expected time? YES, 100% MY ECOMM IS PERFECT NOW. How easy/difficult it was to use the app? WAS EASY, BUT I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE CONFIGURATION, AND NIKHILESH HELP US How has the app performance been? GREAT! There were some setup issues. Although tech support answers in a day, it is not so fast and especially for a live site. I got conflicting answers on how to do things from 2 different people there, which may have caused a conflict in the way that things work. The biggest problem in the end is that the site was displaying 2 sets of pictures for every variant: 1 from Shopify and 1 from Swatch King. The one from Shopify is not functional, so it was suggested to turn that one off which we did. After turning off Shopify's, we realized that our products that don't have variants were no longer showing visitors the alternate images of products stopped showing as well. They knew that this would happen without warning us. So we needed to decide what to do. The funny thing is that Swatch King said "We have another product that can solve that for you". Come on guys....you are making a Swatch for Shopify stores to be functional. All this functionality should be in one place and not upcharge us for each thing that should have been covered in the first place.

Cette application est très bien faite. Si vous avez le moindre problème, leur service client est extrêmement réactif et efficace. Ils ont résolu un blocage en quelques minutes.

I really love this app and how many customization options there are. I had to contact the tech support to further customize some things and they were super quick to reply and help. I highly recommend this app.
