アプリを有効にしたところ、商品ページのサイズとカラーが二重に表示されるという状態になった。サポートにチャットから問い合わせたところコラボレーターを承認するよう依頼があり、数時間後に対応完了したとの連絡があった。それは勤務時間終了後だったので翌日に確認したのだが直っていなかった。 再度問い合わせをしたら今度はスムーズに修正してもらえたが今度はサポートに対する評価を今すぐするように言われて辟易した。 以上のプラスマイナスの要素を勘案し星3つとする。
