Customer service was great! I couldn't figure out how to set up out of stocks to be un-clickable, Utpal responded and fixed the problem for me within minutes. In addition to setting up variants to look the way we want, the customer service & response time alone is well worth getting this app!

I installed this and it has some compatibility issues with my theme. Contacted their support and they were kind enough to make all the necessary amendments in my theme. At this point this is the best app with swatches functionality. I've had some difficulties with setting it up (for example: swatches not showing up at collection page), but with such great and client-oriented support team these difficulties were gone. Interface of the app is user-friendly, but sometimes not completely intuitively understandable. I just needed some time and couple of support tickets sent to the chat to figure it all out. Overall I'm having very good experience with this app

Riyona was insanely helpful and sorted my queries. Only thing we couldn't sort - and is not an issue on her but more so the app was I wanted my variants to be able to be seen on the collection page limited at 4 and the rest seen using the arrow feature - seems to not be a feature in the app yet but Riyona found a different solution that is suitable for the time being :)
