There is no option to downgrade or upgrade the plan in this app. The support is not even assisting at all.

This is a ghost app. It is doing exactly nothing. The support page is blank, and no contact details are available. Shopify should review and remove it from the app store.

the app does its job well and we have always been happy with it, we are forced to give 3 stars for customer service, as we have had requests to make to them for a new theme that we have to install in our website and unfortunately the answers we receive are fragmentary and often they don't even answer to us with any kind of feedback. Let's hope they can improve in this regard.

The worst experiance I had ever with all of great app providers for Shopify! Tragical contact, they didn't support me in 10 days!!! They wrote 3-times that will support me in 24 hours - nothing happens! Highly not recomended!
