I've been using this app for yeas and now I cannot access it at all. Does anyone know what can I do? I tried from different browsers. Thank you!

the app does its job well and we have always been happy with it, we are forced to give 3 stars for customer service, as we have had requests to make to them for a new theme that we have to install in our website and unfortunately the answers we receive are fragmentary and often they don't even answer to us with any kind of feedback. Let's hope they can improve in this regard.

The worst experiance I had ever with all of great app providers for Shopify! Tragical contact, they didn't support me in 10 days!!! They wrote 3-times that will support me in 24 hours - nothing happens! Highly not recomended!

This app does not communicate with excel CSV updates within shopify. Performed an import for a price increase and lost all the image variants for over 6000 variants. Now they all have to be reassigned individually. We are losing sales and money. I recommend checking with the developer before doing any major updates/imports.

The app does exactly what it says and is really easy to use. It didn't work when I first set it up, but the support team fixed it right away. Excellent support and fantastic app that solved a big problem for my store.

This is a great app for selecting variant images. Easy to use. Great customer support. I switched Themes and they made the transition seamless

I've been working on getting this feature to work on my website for a year now. So many other apps and developers could not accomplish this. I am so grateful to have found VIP. It works correctly and is affordable for small businesses like mine. Highly recommend. Great support too for install on my custom shopify theme PRESTIGE.

A fantastic app. Easy to use and with very helpful and quick support from the developers I recommend for stores looking to group images easily for variant selections.

I've used VIP on a few stores now and have always had amazing support, rarely have an issue with install but whenever adjustments need to be made they're always happy to help.

Had to get some help from support to get it working with my theme. After they added some extra JS everything worked perfectly.

A zero (0) would be more appropriate. Despite a well versed Shopify developer on staff and numerous attempts, we could not get it to work. No problem right? Surely their support would assist by going into Shopify and getting it working. The customer service is next to non-existent. A lone person replies once every 3-4 days and even then seems disinterested or incompetent. There are lots of other suppliers in this pool, we went with a competitor that communicates.

I'm so happy I found this app, the product page had too many images before. Super helpful support that has helped me a lot. As with all apps there's some issues but given the price and what it does I think it's great :)

I used this app and it worked great for about 1.5 years, then it started to really bog down: perhaps because we had more items and images? It became too slow to use easily. We couldn't get it to load correctly. When we uninstalled it it left some nasty bits of code in our Theme.liquid file that caused a lot of 404 errors. I would have no gripe if that had not happened.
Hi there, and thank you for your honest review. The app never touches the theme.liquid by itself. It is most probably that you or our support staff inserted a script link to speed up the apps loading times as described in the help article manually. I had a problem with thumbnail image and id image. Their assistance edited theme code and fixed it! I would suggest their app to everyone is looking for a excellent variant image service!

This app is really worth five stars - and the help from EshopGuide and Mandeep was very useful. I recommend it!

My theme was not on the list but Mandeep helped me with that really quickly. The main image slider on my website is a swiper-slider which is not fully supported with the app but Mandeep fixed that really quickly with a customization fee. Really happy with how the app works and the support is great!

The app works great and the support team has been very helpful. We are in the process of switching over to a new theme and we were having issues displaying the variant images. After working with the support team, they were able to identify a way that their app would work.
