TOP Customer Support Wir hatten zunächst das Problem, dass mit der Shopify App "Seach & Discovery" die Filter nicht mehr funktioniert haben. Der Support hat umgehend auf unsere Anfrage reagiert und direkt (übers Wochenende) das Problem behoben. Das Problem wurde auch nicht durch irgendwelche Code Schnipsel gelöst, sondern durch Anpassung in deren eigenen App. Wir können VARIATOR wirklich sehr empfehlen und die App macht genau das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. So wünscht man sich eine Zusammenarbeit. PERFEKT!!!

Die Variator-App ist ein echter Game-Changer für Online-Shops! Sie zeigt unendliche Produktvarianten als separate Produkte auf Sammlungsseiten an, was die Sichtbarkeit und Verkäufe erheblich steigert. Kunden können nun direkt auf der Geschäftsseite die passende Variante finden und in den Warenkorb legen, ohne umständlich durch Dropdown-Menüs navigieren zu müssen. Die Möglichkeit, die Schaltfläche "Zum Warenkorb hinzufügen" anzupassen und ausgewählte Varianten anzuzeigen, macht die App besonders benutzerfreundlich. Insgesamt eine hervorragende Ergänzung für jeden Online-Shop!

Issue was very promptly fixed after this review, finally got some very good support which resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes. Thank you. I am leaving the original review for transparency. _______ App has been very buggy, even after setting the rule correctly, some products in the collection show variants, while some products don't. Been in contact with customer service for mutiple times, slow response and slow to fix the issue. Also, you are unable to show the "sold out" label in the variant of the product that is out of stock. This is misleading as the variant will still show as available in the collection page, which makes for poor customer experience. I have highlighted this issue to the developer for many times, but there is no action to fix this key feature. Lastly, there has been a price hike to add new features like "show only colour variants" which was intially part of the ultimate plan. Now you have to pay more than 2 times to get the platinum plan for a simple feature.

Works perfectly, I asked to add only the color variants and not the size, this was quickly implemented. For the moment, everything's working !

I needed my product to be displayed in the collections by colour only and the developer helped reprogram so this could be done and assisted with the process of making it all run smoothly. I wish they had the same timelines that I have but they did respond within 12 hours each day I reached out.
