We have been using Vela for our Etsy shop for the past 5+ years, and have recently begun to leverage Vela for our new Shopify site. The functionality for bulk editing is excellent and has saved us countless hours of editing. Most importantly, the support is 5-star. Never have to wait and questions/issues are answered or resolved same day. Vela is also quick to roll-out new functionality and to invest in making the software increasingly more powerful. We have a large catalog and we couldn't operate our business without such an amazing solution and support team from Vela!

I feel confused I came here to find people having the same difficulties. I haven't been able to get changes to sync correctly for 2 months. I have kept trying but right now I needed this app to work. I have it on Etsy too and no it is broken there too. I took a break on Shopify hoping it was fixed and it isn't..

Great Support, Very Helpful App, Easy to Use! I’m so happy I found this app! The support team is fantastic, always quick to assist whenever I have a question. The app itself is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. I’ve finally found a way to save so much time thanks to its features. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a simple yet effective solution!
