Easy to install and the response time is very fast when you run into an issue! Shakil easily solved my problem in under 5 minutes. Some apps take a long time to get back to you, but I felt like Vertex really wants to get to the bottom of the problem. As a small business owner, my time is valuable and I appreciate it when I get quick and reliable help!
