The app is doing exactly what they are offering, all the functionality is doing good and the app support team is super responsive. Initially, I was having a little issue but jack was able to help me within 5 minutes, I really like this preorder and Wishlist app. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Love this app! Very easy to integrate into Shopify store. I love that you can search within your wishlist and adding to cart from the wishlist is seamless. Would highly recommend. Currently truly free. Well done!

Jack, was very patience, knowledgeable, and quick with responses to all my concerns. Customer support will answer within a couple of minutes and will guide and help you until you are satisfied. The Vertex app was very user-friendly and easy to after the assistance from Jack, I would definitely recommend vertex app, especially since the app offers a free plan. Thank you

The app is user-friendly; you can customize it to fit your brand. Customer support will answer within a couple of minutes and will guide and help you until you are satisfied. I would recommend this app, especially since they offer a great free plan to "try before you buy" I know I will be upgrading.

This is a great app to enable us to take pre orders on our website, and also the added bonus of allowing customers to create wish lists. The settings are easy to understand and the developers have helped instantly when needed. They have a live chat function too, which is very handy to get an immediate response. Jack was extremely profession, kind and efficient. I was able to make many adjustments including to my header! Which was very difficult. He was quick and patient with me and I'm very picky with my designs. I highly recommend this app to everyone!
