We've used VESYL periodically for our business shipping needs, and it's been a valuable tool for finding competitive rates on certain types of shipments that we sometimes need, mainly smaller lighter shipments. The platform is easy to use, helps us compare and pick the best options quickly, and saved us money. In today's economy, every dollar helps us and our clients. It's a great resource to have available when looking for cost-effective shipping solutions. Pete Bethea is our account manager and he is wonderful and easy to get ahold of when we need anything. Overall, we've had a positive experience and would recommend Vesyl to businesses looking to optimize their shipping costs.
Before VESYL, every batch took 2-3 people and would take all day. Box sizing, rates, and pick tickets were all manual selections that slowed everything down. Since switching, it only takes one person to handle the same volume in half the time. Box selection is automatic, carrier rates are compared and chosen for you and bin locations are on the pick ticket. The difference was immediate and it's worked great since day one. Highly recommend for any team that's still doing this stuff by hand or directly thru Shopify. The team over there is super helpful and always available. We were looking into competitors originally, but this ended up being so much better for us. Not to mention, the rates are better than Shopify!

As a small business rates are everything. I'm getting better rates than I was using Shopify shipping. The interface is really easy to use and speeds up the fulfillment process. The support team has been super helpful getting things setup. If you're a small store I would definitely recommend.
VESLY has been fantastic to work with. Their support and entire team is awesome, super responsive, and helpful. The app has been working great for us and is super easy to use. The UI is solid and it even has more features than other similar apps I've used. This has improved our ability to create one-off labels, integrate with our return platform, and even quickly process our daily orders out of Shopify. 10/10 recommend.
