The Vex Auto Add is the best app I have found to bring functionality that is not possible with what Shopify offers stock. The app is simple and with unlimited possibilities and with a little knowledge can get everything done. The best part is the support, Felix and the team are super knowledgeable and have done hot fixes to cater to my store that go above and beyond expectations to have rules work exactly as intended! This app is really very useful, I recommend it! A special mention to Felix, who is always very responsive and gives excellent advice whenever we have a question. For example, we wanted to trigger Vex based on customer metafields so he recommended that we use Shopify segments combined with Shopify Flow to add tags to customers, finally triggering Vex app ! Would 100% recommend. The app is easy to use, and covers a lot of features. Plus, the customer service is really fast and super friendly - we asked for custom changes and they did them without any problem.

This app is very good. Lots of little detailed features around not showing certain gifts for b2b if not wanting and great combo options for discounts and size selections. Very good bundle based gift options too, to save having too many free things filling up the cart. Support is very quick for urgent issues too - especially as theme's get updated.

While testing the app, we were incredibly impressed by the level of support. Felix took the time to understand our needs in detail and even offered to build a custom-coded feature just for us, going way beyond the standard scope of support. This was exactly the app we were looking for! Our store wanted to offer a gift with purchase and let our customers pick which gift they wanted from an assortment. We also wanted the options to appear at the card and checkout. The app set this up perfectly AND even created a pop-up for us using our brand colors.
